New residential wastewater averages have been calculated, however, there has been a delay in applying them to your bill. Current bills included the old residential wastewater average instead of the new average. We understand this may have caused an unexpected financial impact for your family.
To correct the one month delay, LCMUA will credit those accounts with decreases in their averages. The credit amount will be calculated using the difference in the old average and the new average for one month. Any accounts with an increase to their average will see the new amount on the next billing cycle. Please note that this delay impacted billing for one month only. All future billings will reflect the correct wastewater averages for our residential customers.
